This lawyer represented me in a divorce proceeding many years ago. He is great when the case is ex parte. With his efforts, I did obtain an order from the Court in Toronto granting me custody and the ability to move home with my family. I was escaping a serious case of domestic abuse. Mr. Schiller was pretty bad when there was an adversary lawyer. Luckily, I dismissed him and retained custody of my daughter and was able to return back to the US. This is true story. If I stayed with him as my lawyer, things would have been horrible. I assume he grew as a lawyer. This dates back to 1994. It was a trying and horrible time and he failed to let me know when I almost lost custody. I had to call him at his home to find out what was going on. It was hell on earth.
