I can only speak to my own experience. Peter is an exceptionally poor communicator and legal case manager. His work for me was disorganized and inadequate. His advice was questionable and he did not appear willing to seek outside counsel on issues that were not within his field of expertise. I would certainly characterize him as a bully. He is not receptive to questions and scathing when he has to answer any questions despite poor communication skills leaving much in the way of lack of clarity. In my specific experience, I consider his conduct unprofessional. I cannot recommend him in any way whatsoever.
