Hired Attorney

Murray Maltz is a terrible lawyer and human being. He is insulting and demeaning to his clients. In my dealings he was unethical and only concerned with $$$$$. This lawyer was also very disorganized and incorrectly completed tasks. He should not be practising Family Law and is a 4th rate lawyer at best. Update Maltz is currently not practising Family Law because he was investigated by the Law Society of Ontario for professional misconduct regarding a real estate transaction. I tried calling his office to congratulate him, but apparently no active phone connection or signs of the law office being open. The Law Society of Ontario did everyone a solid with this lawyer. He is the type of person who gives the legal community a bad name.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
