This lawyer is certainly connected to the Mafia. His wife has lost her license to practice law, and now his daughter is an attorney. He is a despicable person, mistreating and bullying property owners, while the board of directors and property management take no action.
This lawyer is a disgrace, continuously harassing and repeatedly intimidating owners in meetings. He is fully corrupt in condominium matters, and should face disbarment from the Law Society of Ontario.
Arrogant and Unprofessional. Unreliable and Biased. Disrespectful. Authoritarian and cynical. Not objective at all. Fairness doesn't seem to be his strength. For a lawyer being ethical is one of the main characteristics, which doesn't seem to be present.
Extremely rude. Talks down to women. Acts like a bully. Considering other at the Lower level. Bulling, especially woman ,during the election board process in our Bld 20-30 North park road recently. Arrogant behaviour!
Lou Natale reminds me of the move "The Godfather". Zero respect for the people. Absolute authoritarian style, shamelessness, cynical. Do not hire this lawyer. I might be wrong but I think his role might be a shield for corrupt Condominium Boards. I am afraid to disclose my name. A serious organization might be behind him.
From a legal viewpoint, our lawyer seems pretty skilled, helping our board dodge some sketchy situations. But for us, the owners, enduring bullying, harassment, and intimidation, it’s hard to like someone who seems more on the board’s side than ours. Still, it’s his job, and since the board keeps winning, he must be good at it. Even lawyers defending notorious clients put up a strong fight. So, with some reluctance, we have to admit he’s effective.
Extremely unprofessional and rude. His law clerks are are no better. And the way he talks to women is disgusting.

Lou Natale is the rudest and most unprofessional lawyer I have ever encountered, a bully who gets angry when he doesn’t get his way.
