Ken worked on the Clover on Yonge CCAA for a group of condo buyers. During the proceedings he did nothing but show his face on the zoom call and occupy a seat. He made buyers feel that they were defeated before case was heard. Due to this, a new lawyer Matthew Gottlieb from LAX was secured by a frustrated group of buyers. Matt was the the anchor of this case for buyers and did what Ken said was not possible (1%chance) and won the disclaimer case while Ken sat there through the entire court proceedings (to take credit by being present and on same side as Matt). Ken convinced his small group to sign a bad deal before the case started . Do NOT let him convince you that he secured a good deal for the group as he did not. Ken DID NOT CONTRIBUTE TO the Clover on Yonge CCAA final result. DO NOT let him convince you otherwise. Ken was very disappointing. He is very timid. He does not think of solutions. He simply will move through the motions of the court. If you want a warm body that will do that for you Ken is your guy. If you want someone to think outside the box, communicate well and fight for your case, Ken is definitely not your guy.
