James Jacuta joined Hull & Hull as an associate in 2018.

Before joining Hull & Hull, James was associated with a boutique Bay Street firm where he gained experience in the area of international wills and estates, and intestate inheritance involving other countries. He currently has active files involving over fifteen European countries, working closely with Embassies, Consulates, lawyer colleagues and beneficiaries, among others. His previous legal experience began in Edmonton Alberta, and includes many years of estate inheritance administration and litigation. He has worked and travelled extensively in Europe and has a working knowledge of several languages including, Russian, Polish, Ukrainian, French and English. Among other experience, he has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Vancouver based publicly traded TSXV companies, which international business experience includes China, South Korea, Mexico, and Ukraine. He is a recipient of the University of Alberta Alumni Excellence Award, among others.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
