Hired Attorney

I used Jack for two cases and he won BIG both times. He has a strong knack for understanding the issue and tackling it right - the first time. He defended me in one case and actually the Plaintiff ended owing me more money than for what he was suing me for. Although the Plaintiff thought he was suit-proof because he was from the US, I got paid every cent. In second case, he helped me from a major bankruptcy matter where the RCMP was involved, and he cleared my name from the get go.

Hired Attorney

He doesn't take instruction but feels he owns your case His accounting is sloppy His knowledge of law is questionable...as he filed a Motion for Contempt for nonpayment when this is not the correct method under the laws of Civil Procedure He is lazy.... he was not prepared for cross-examinations and didn't ask the questions provided to him about missing GIC, PSW payments and incomplete estate accounting

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
