About Daniel J. Holland

Daniel J. Holland (1987) obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Windsor in 1987. From 1987 through 2000, he practiced with the firm of Fellowes, McNeil, in Toronto.

Daniel’s practice consists of a variety of cases in the civil litigation field, with an emphasis on insurance related claims. Since joining the firm of Benson Percival Brown in October, 2000, Daniel has continued his personal injury and insurance practice.

Daniel is a member of Canadian Bar Association of Ontario, Defence Research Institute and Advocates Society. Daniel also acts as trial counsel for several other firms.

Hired Attorney Daniel J. Holland

Dan came highly recommended to me from a friend. Dan did a great job of helping me navigate a complex legal process, which I was completely unfamiliar with. He did a good job of setting and managing my expectations. He was great at keeping me up to date on what was happening throughout the process. Daniel Holland, An Effective Lawyer: As a Client of Daniel Holland, I was very impressed with his professional & Personable manner. His approach indicated to me a genuine care and concern fo his client. The legal process was lengthy as he rightly explained up front, that it would be. In the beginning, he treats you very well, unfortunately, he is not honest at all, he says everything as he acts, they are not responsive at all to what they say, and even their secretary does not respond to you.
