Attorney David G.Webbert failed to disclose that he had been a paid expert witness for the Defendant’s (Walmart) Firm, Bernstein Shur [BSSN], in a Legal Malpractice lawsuit against Bernstein Shur [BSSN], BCD-CV-09-07. David G. Webbert aided and abetted Walmart, Inc. damaging the Plaintiff’s case Docket No. 2:15-cv-00484-DBH. In doing so he violated the Rules of Professional Conduct.
