This mediator is utterly biased, says one thing then does another, very hypocritical, lacks compassion, foresight, and allows no room for the benefit of the doubt. He makes up his mind about you even if there is no proof of his judgement; and yes, VERY judgemental! Do NOT hire this man or trust him! He will bully you until you feel beaten to nothing, then beat you down some more. He is extremely presumptuous, and doesn't care about ripping apart families. Oldest Wok person I know.
Working with Bill through mediation was a joke. 1st impression was 1st meeting. He was 22mins late. Slightly smelled like he may of had a night out drinking. His billing invoices showed communication between opposing oarty, but still showed me billed for it. He wouldn’t answer to my email for clarification other than I’m responsible for bill. Then he never took notes of any sort. Any allegations made against me, I would spend time and give him all documentation to prove otherwise and he basically suppressed anything from me. See, he doesn’t like anyone who does additional research and bring it to the table. He’s “40 years doing this” and “oh you got a real good professional opinion” is a jab at him, supposedly. He is very bias. He wil send late at night, hostile emails to “defend” his position. DO NOT HIRE IR TRUAT HIM. He’s a liar, flat out. He has a son killed from drug deal gone bad, daughter dead from drug overdose. Another son who has a kid he barely sees and doesn’t pay support.
