The Law Firm of Tenopir and Huerter has been providing a wide variety of legal services to Topeka, Kansas for over 25 years. Starting small and still building, the firm now boasts four full time attorneys and a support staff of six. With four attorneys, each having formed their own distinct area of practice, the Law Firm of Tenopir & Huerter provides a very wide variety of legal services to assist you.

Over the last 29 years the Law Firm of Tenopir and Huerter has grown and changed monumentally. As a result, it has written many stories worthy of note. As things around the firm continue to unfold we'll do our best to keep you up to date.

Need to be more responsive and more aggressive in understanding the situations at hand and get more of a defense built up.

Joe, did absolutely nothing for my case, He did not defend me on my case. He could not even remember what I had said 2 minutes prior, he needs to retire. Cost me well over 14k for not one thing. Told me he did not believe me. Would not present my full proof evidence that the other party was lying. Said I do not look to the judge because of the other parties information, even though I had proof of others. Refused to request information for other party because he didn't want to upset the attorney. As no concern for your actual case, and gives your case no time. Did not communicate at all, when I called he charged me more. I provided him information then due to him not remembering he asked me another 10 times and charged me each time he asked for the same information. NEVER GO TO HIM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LIGHT YOUR MONEY ON FIRE AND LOSS YOUR CASE!
