Hired Attorney

Slow to respond to requests allowing evidence to disappear because she didn't respond quickly enough. Failed to return phone calls. Shared information that should not have been with clients, no regard for conversations that should have been kept between attorneys. Asked her for copies of some of my information and she never provided it. Backed out as my attorney 1 week prior to my case going to trial without any warning.

Hired Attorney

In August 1995, I went to Ms. Coxe for help with a divorce in Kansas that became quite nasty. Her incompetence, refusal to communicate, and laziness cost me $50,000 in a grossly unfair property settlement, due in no small measure to Ms. Coxe's poor performance. I was just cleaning out some old files from that divorce, and I decided to look her up. To my dismay, she is still practicing law, to include family law. Don't use her!
