Save yourself time, energy, and money. I have never been so embarrassed. I wanted an attorney to help me win my case, but I didn’t think I’d be so ashamed by someone representing me. She lied to the judge and to me. Presented things that weren’t true, lied about what I’d told her, and had so many spelling errors in her motions that the judge commented. I wanted to win my case, but she was so sloppy and rude that I predicted I would lose. Also, if your attorney thinks nothing of saying false information to a judge, she won’t hesitate to lie to you, her client. Run, don’t walk
Working with this lawyer was a terrible experience, and that is an understatement!It’s very difficult to find an attorney that you can trust, and I did not find it with her. She did not check facts on my case, and submitted false information to the court. What a shame that someone so burnt out is meddling in peoples lives, and families!Jennifer Berger had terrible communication, she would not explain in a way that the client could understand, she was unpersonable, unprofessional , and integrity isn’t even in her vocabulary, let alone a quality that she possesses. This person lacks compassion for humankind, and she should not be dealing with people on a daily basis.
