Jason got mad at me over a personal matter and decided not to represent me on my criminal case a few days before court. Ive filed a ethics complaint on him over this. It likely hurt me showing up without an attorney.

This guy & his wife is a joke, as well as his assistants. The assistants don't know anything. They can't do anything without him. He's barely around, and when he is around he shows no compassion. Worst lawyer ever! His job must be committing illusory. Everything I ever asked him to do he would agree, until I follow up with him, then he says he never agreed. If this is your lawyer, fire him IMMEDIATELY! He has not helped at all. He will not win the case for you. He will commit acts of illusory until you plea out. He will do just enough to cover himself and keep his license. FIRE HIM! As soon as possible! Don't believe the 5 star reviews. Those are just friends, family, paid actors and or private investigators. I know because I've been introduced. Trust me. FIRE HIM! He does not deserve any clients. He's ruining lives. Thank me later. I would not recammend Mr belveal to anyone, He is literally the worst lawyer Ive known. He has numerous of times refused to give me my discovery paperwork, and does not ever answer the phone nor does he reply to his emails. I do not know how he still has his license. I guess the statement of your right to an 'EFFECT' counsel does not exist anymore.

Jason got 3,200 outta me. Not only does he not return emails if you call and leave a message. You don’t get a call back you get a response in a email. Cause they can bill you more for an email. If you have a PFA added to your custody case. Hire a separate lawyer cause Jason just mushed my PFA hearing with the custody case. Which gave the false PFA a whole extra 2 months to exist. Instead of going to court and could have had the PFA tossed easily on the basis of no real proof. He charged 200 an hour. I suggest for 50 dollars more an hour, that you hire Rebecca Phelps.
