I used the Alderson law firm for a divorce several years ago, as well as an adoption a few years ago. They are a great firm to work with. They will fight for you, and are very good at telling you in laymans terms what is going on. They will also tell you frankly, what you can do, and what is a waste of time and money. Fire Allen. He is not aggressive enough nor does he really listen to the client.
I have never in my life felt like I have made such a poor choice as using this office. I was referred to Allen by my dad. I called and set up my client interview with him and he got me right in. This was the one and only time I feel like I received any kind of speedy service from them. I have been in my custody case now for almost 7 months now and been billed over $4700. This money has got me to conciliation... The day I met he pawned me off to his new attorney Keegan MaCorly wo laterer requested to be removed after me saying I don't feel like you are fighting for me. There was no warning on this at all. I haven't even got a temporary painting plan. When I asked about the time or parenting plan Allen said "we just need to get you through conciliation prossess." Now that that finally happens 5mo and $3000 later he does the same thing Keegan did and sent a letter to the state before informing me of anything or making even a phone call to try and fix the problem. They just want your money
