Please know I rarely write stellar reviews and only speak the truth. Here is my true story: In just thirteen months, my family lost our Aunt Ellen and both of my beloved parents. During this sad time, when I desperately needed expert legal advice...thankfully, Diana was there for me and my family. Ms. Anderson tirelessly served me with compassion, expertise, professional guidance, and all of the ongoing legal help I needed all along the way. Diana walked me through the legal challenges I faced with phone calls, endless emails, and an in person meeting. Diana successfully navigated me through the necessary legal process and paperwork. Diana deftly helped me through everything including all of the legal questions, challenges, and the court processes with success. Hired Attorney Diana Anderson

Ms. Anderson spoke with my family numerous times regarding issues related to both of my aging parents. She is very knowledgeable about elder law. Her information is easy to understand, compassionate and sensible. She will not recommend something that she thinks isn't necessary and saves her clients from paying unnecessary fees. I highly recommend her!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
