I had an agreement with this attorney regarding making payments to an insurance company. We first spoke in late December about setting up a payment schedule to ensure this would be paid. I told her that I would not be able to start these payments in December, because of the Holidays and the fact that December was more than half way over and that my pay is significantly reduced in the winter months, due to the type of work I do, roofing. We agreed that I would begin these payments in the month of January. I saved 1/4 of the amount I agreed to pay each month, with each of my weekly pay checks, even though these checks were significantly smaller than my regular checks. On my last payday of the month(01/30), I had saved enough to make the January payment. I called her office to let her know that I was ready to make my first payment and wanted to know if I could do it over the phone or if I needed to mail it. Instead of helping me make the payment, she attacked me for not making it sooner.
