Made to wait for long periods while having a scheduled appt time, could hear him talking on the phone the whole time I was waiting and it was not business. Didn't seem to pay attention to things I told him, like I said I wouldn't file if it meant a possibility of loosing my home, in the middle of this whole process he said "I wasn't aware you wanted to keep the property" Scared me, but kept house.
