I had MaryBeth as a guardian on my case. I do not think she is a competent lawyer, and does not hold the standards to be a guardian. She is unprofessional, lacks attention to her job details, and does not follow through. She was the worst guardian I've ever had on my case.
I had Marybeth as a guardian ad litem appointed to my high conflict divorce case 9 years ago. My ex husband illegally removed my children from my home and brainwashed them. Marybeth believe all of my ex’s false allegations and never encouraged my children to come during visitations. I pleaded with her and the court about parental alienation and she did not believe me. 9 years later I have had no contact from my children was not invited to graduations or any of their significant life events. My children are adults and I am not allowed their address. My son is a doctor and I found out about my daughter’s engagement on Facebook. My ex has not communicated with me since the divorce. I grief like every alienated mother. Marybeth did not help my children, she gave them to their abuser who erased their mother out of their life. No I do not think that Marybeth is a competent lawyer.
