Marty Goff is an associate principal in the firm’s Toledo office. He focuses his practice on general and complex litigation defense matters including auto negligence, premises liability, products liability, toxic torts, surety bond forfeiture proceedings, landlord/tenant evictions and title transfers, drunk driving and other traffic offenses, and criminal felony and misdemeanor cases.
Mr. Goff received his J.D. from the University of Toledo in 1985 after he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University in 1982.
Mr. Goff is licensed to practice law in all courts in Ohio, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
Marty volunteers a considerable amount of time to pro bono work through the Toledo Bar Association and is a regular participant in the TV 11 Call for Action Ask the Attorney news program.
When he is not practicing law or otherwise engaged in family activities, Marty enjoys golf and attending live music concerts and college and professional sporting events.
