I am 88. May have something to do with my answer. I felt it was a lot of money to pay for a will. Wills and Trusts are no doubt different. I do have a looseleaf book to show for it. I would not recommend them unless I was sure they had the money to spend. My daughter believes in getting the best and felt they were.
I was very impressed with their thoroughness. I didn't have to do too much and was very satisfied with their work and results.

I found the management to be unethical. Complaints to the Supreme Court of Ohio were not acted upon in that the representative of this law firms conduct was not sufficiently unethical...just borderline unethical. I was offered a bribe over the phone and this could not be sufficiently verified although a lie detector would have shown that I was truthful and the lawyer was not!
This law firm files frivolous lawsuits. And, they drag out cases to collect more fees. They must be desperate for cases and fees. Stay away from this firm. At least Thomas Kemp is. You should probably also stay away from Hancock County courts.
