After my family attorney passed away a few years ago I couldn't find another that was quick to respond like he did. It just seemed like nobody was interested in small thing like real estate closings and trusts. Recently I was refereed to Brad Waugh for some help with an estate trust I was working on. I called him on a Monday and he answered the phone, that was new to me. We set up a meeting on Friday and just a few days latter he called to tell me that what I had asked for was completed. He is friendly and down to earth, reasonably priced and I highly recommend him. I have a new family attorney I can trust.

Working with Brad was a pleasant experience for our parents. Brad was so kind to come out to visit my father in law at the hospital and my mother in law and father in law at the house at a later date. They would likely not have been able to complete their POAs, trust, and living will if he was not willing to come to them. My father in law just was not able to leave the house. Brad was responsive, kind, caring, compassionate, and explained everything in a way that our parents were able to understand and feel comfortable with him and their end of life planning decisions. He was personable and very knowledgeable about planning and executing on legal matters that could arise during end of life planning. I highly recommend Brad if you are in need of a trustworthy attorney that is compassionate and willing to go the extra mile to help others in need.
