Yoshiyuki Ebe focuses on real estate transactions, real estate financing, REITs, fund formation and other real estate-related matters. Yoshiyuki also has experience in advising clients navigating the interpretation and practical application of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, the Act on Securitization of Assets (TMK Law), the Act on Concerning Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations, and other related financial regulations.
In real estate-related services, He advises domestic and foreign real estate funds, REITs, asset managers, and financial institutions on matters such as property acquisitions, property sales, financing, fund formation, and other legal issues arisen during the operation period of funds and REITs.
Prior to joining GT Tokyo, he worked at a prominent domestic corporate law firm where he mainly engaged in real estate finance (REITs, real estate funds), financing (syndicated loans, global offerings of domestic corporate equity, foreign debt issuance, ship financing), M&A and continuous disclosure and timely disclosure.
As a member of the firm’s the real estate team, he focuses on cross border international transactions both inbound into Japan and outbound to other major markets around the world.
