This was a 1999 case. It was complete but now I need to get a answer regarding acopy and I don't know if levine is alive or not. All I'm getting is respond from a said person slash robot I guess. No phone number to actually call. The person is grown and used her birth name throughout her school day and now but dmv is giving her heck because the court papers has my last name given to her but at 5 years old she knew her last name and I kept it as her birth name.
Absolutely terrible law firm. Received a bad judgment in a divorce case, spoke to Attorney Doug Ehrman. Ehrman agreed that it was a bad judgement and stated that he could take care of that and get it reversed, no problem. Over the next couple of months he kept tacking on legal fees and billing hours for issues unrelated to the bad judgement. I contacted him at one point and told him to stop billing me for things unrelated to the judgement. In the meantime he failed to file a motion to reconsider
Steve's customer service skills are worse than poor. He does not return calls. He runs the clock on hours. He sought 2 continuances to deal with other divorce cases that extended my divorce well over a year. He habitually was late for court/trial (30 min+). Was rarely prepared. As Respondent,presented 1 1/2 consecutive days to Petitioners 8 days over a 3 yr period and then did a backroom trick with the Court to kill my custody case (the reason for going to trial) before it began. Avoid this Atty
They overcharge for poor services. Unorganized and he sends his assistants to the case management hearings that have no clue on what is going on nor how to fill out the paper work. I was billed for things that they said they revised but didn't do.
