I have over 35 years experience representing clients in Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury claims (auto, slip and fall, dog bites and others) at the Workers Compensation Commission and in District, Circuit Courts and Appellate Courts of Maryland. I have and continue to represent a large number of Baltimore County Police in these cases, as will as a wide range of civilian clients. Over the years I have represented Clients all over Maryland including the Eastern Shore and Southern and Western Maryland. I chiefly practice in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County and Carroll and Harford Counties.
I am a lifelong resident of Baltimore County. I graduated from Towson State University in1980 with a BA in History. In 1983 I got my Law degree from the University of Maryland, Juris Doctor with honors. I was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1983, to the United States District Court for the District of Maryland in 1985 and to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1989.
