Bodie Law is an AV-rated, midsized, regional law firm and is the oldest continuously operated law firm in Baltimore County, Maryland. We have multiple offices that serve clients throughout the State of Maryland, located in Towson, Harford County/ Cecil County and Hagerstown.

Founded in 1957 as the law firm of Power & Mosner, P.A., Bodie, Dolina, Hobbs, Friddell & Grenzer, P.C. is one of Maryland's most respected professional corporations engaged in the general practice of law. In 1996 Power & Mosner, P.A. merged with Smith, Johns & Smith, P.A. to become Bodie, Nagle, Dolina, Smith & Hobbs, P.A. In 2009, after 27 years at the Firm, John Nagle was appointed to the bench in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. As a result, the Firm name was changed to Bodie, Dolina, Smith & Hobbs, P.C. our "AV" rating on the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings is testament to our standing in the legal community. I was referred by a friend of a friend, but one of the Partners called me back almost immediately. I was able to schedule a visit fairly quickly, and I met with both the Partner and an Associate who were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

I was referred to Thomas Dolina by a personal family friend. I am partially paralyzed and needed help with a medical malpractice lawsuit. Per his request, I spent a lot of time preparing an explanation. I waited 2 months for a reply and never received one. To anyone who thinks they will proved quality representation, they will only prolong it and make it worse.

The attorney did not work with us, did not fight for us, and all he kept saying was "A jury is not kind in Baltimore Co, I just suggest you take what is offered if you get an offer". The accident occurred when 2 cars both decided to run the yellow light at an intersection going in opposite directions but turning the same way, they hit and both cars ran into our car, both husband & I injured, with xrays to prove it, but no one believed us. I was treated like I was a liar and caused the accident
