Mallory & Trice, LLP is a law firm established in 1985 with an office in Thomaston, GA. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing general civil practice, federal practice, litigation and 9 other areas of law.
Very patient, considerate and always answered questions. Excellent people even during my worst days of chemo and just being sick with the cancer they always were considerate of my time that meant alot.
This firm is clearly incompetent or racist. They disrespected a first time seller, a Black female home seller by allowing the White male purchaser to sign the closing papers while they refused her and her real estate agent the opportunity to sit at the table while the White purchaser signed the closing documents. Also, there was an issue with the bank transfer (So they said). However, they gave the White male real estate agent his checks but did not give the Black female real estate agent her checks. And, the Black female seller was not given a copy of all the papers she signed. This is unheard of. We are going to complain and demand action at every level and agency that governs lawyers and real estate closings and transactions.
