I am Rusty Savoie, attorney at law. I was born and raised in Larose, Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, and attended both college and law school in the state. This is home for me, and I want to help those in the region get the legal assistance they need. Prior to starting my own firm, I was a partner at a large law firm in New Orleans, after which I practiced with a smaller defense firm handling exclusively workers' compensation cases on behalf of insurers and employers. I then took a position as Deputy General Counsel for a large, international corporation headquartered in Covington managing their litigation throughout the country. After more than a decade defending insurance companies and employers, I opened my own practice in Covington and Houma focusing on defending the rights of employees injured on the job.
I know first hand how defense firms and employers try to keep injured employees from receiving the benefits they are legally entitled to. I opened my law office in order to focus my time on helping injured workers.
