Hired Attorney

Man if you need a lawyer that is willing to help you sincerely with your case. Hire Brad Naquin. He was so upset that the DA was trying to screw me over with zero evidence. He believed in me and even though he made a deal that the DA should have offered to me 2 years ago only the day before my trial to drop the felony charges for misdemeanor battery. I would have taken it back then and the DA would have won and I would have felt as though I won from a felony charge. Despite that I was totally innocent of according to criteria of the law. The DA is really crooked and from Shreveport and I don't know why Lafourche Parish even hired her as she will lie in my case 4 proven times. Anyway we wasn't sure if we were going to take the deal or not but during the initial start of the trial by judge Able he said to me to heck with it we are going to take this to trial. Judge Able agreed that I can't be charged with assaulting NO ONE, so it was dropped down to Disturbing The Peace. Thx Judge Able.
