Hired Attorney Jon Parchman

Would not recommend — extremely unprofessional experience. Paid $2,500 of a $7,000 plan and glad I didn’t pay more. Jon Parchman claims to be one of the best in Montgomery County — far from it. He repeatedly agreed with the judge’s inaccurate statements instead of defending me, looked unprepared, and even said “I don’t know” when questioned. He failed to cite Texas Family Code provisions, mislabeled exhibits, and showed up without a pen. He relied on outdated evidence, called my requests “stupid,” and made repeated filing errors even after corrections. He talked down other firms to seem better, but his performance proved otherwise. The experience was disorganized, discouraging, and damaging to my case. I would never hire or recommend him.

Hired Attorney Jon Parchman

Unprofessional and disappointing experience. I watched my family member go through a terrible experience with this firm. She paid $2,500 of a $7,000 payment plan and honestly, it was wasted money. Jon Parchman claims to be one of the best in Montgomery County, but he was unprepared and failed to defend her properly. He didn’t cite any Texas Family Code provisions, mislabeled exhibits, and came to court unprepared. He often talked down other firms but never backed it up with results. It was a costly, discouraging process that hurt her case more than helped it. Based on what I saw, I wouldn’t recommend this attorney to anyone seeking competent or ethical representation. It’s sad that some lawyers say whatever they need just to get paid, taking advantage of people at their most vulnerable.
