Mr. Fredrickson is great at what he does and he gets the job done. I will not go anywhere else for legal help besides him.
MR. ERIC FREDRICKSON IS A GREAT ATTORNEY, HE FOUGHT FOR OUR LEGAL RIGHTS TO ADOPT OUR GRANDDAUGHTER, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.
DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN! Wasted both my time & my ex wife's attorneys time by delaying, postponing and cancelling hearings, mediations and court dates. This man should be disbarred. Very unethical. During mediation, he did not advise me and as a result, I ended up agreeing to things I should not have agreed to during my divorce. He showed up 37 minutes late to the mediation and worked on someone else's case right there. I ended up having to go out and hire another attorney to clean up his mess.
Took what i consider a large retainer and attended one 30 minute mediation and could not contact him anymore. After approximately 10 months I finally hired another attorney. Eric didnt repond to him either. I emailed and sent certified letter asking for refund which you guessed it he never returned. Hope this saves someone from hiring him and Eric stealing their money.
He is highly unethical and unprofessional. Your retainer upfront will be for thousands of dollars and he will continue to pad your bill and do work you don't ask for so he can continue to run up your bill. He ignores phone calls, texts and emails and breaks attorney/client trust. He will also renege on any credit he offers you because as he states "he has no money". I would never recommend him to anyone.
