Attorney David E. Rosenfeld established Hunt, Hassler, Lorenz & Kondras LLP in 1932. Several years later, Robert G. Wolfe joined him in a partnership that lasted close to five decades. These two exceptional lawyers were the solid foundation upon which our firm was built.

Today, we continue to base our practice on the principles the founding attorneys of Hassler Kondras Miller LLPP created. Hired Attorney Mark Douglas Hassler

I was involved in a real estate purchase near Terre Haute. When it became clear to me that the property was not as advertised, and I felt that the Seller was not fulfilling his obligations under the purchase agreement, I asked the Seller for my money back, which was a considerable sum. The Seller completely refused. I contacted Mark and set up a consultation with him. I was immediately impressed by three things about Mark: (1) He is extremely knowledgeable about Indiana law. (2) He is very thorough. (3) He is an integer and compassionate person who genuinely wanted to help me. Mark recommended that he write a letter to the Seller to demand my money back. True to his word, Mark drafted an excellent letter. Upon receiving the letter from Mark, the Seller’s attitude changed tune immediately. Within days, the Seller agreed to refund my money. One week later, the money was in my bank account, and the nightmare was over. Mark Hassler is a top attorney who is also humble and compassionate.

Was a total let down.dragged it out over a year, gave poor advice.made all matters worse. Was constantly and consistently let down over and over with the firm. I asked that it was going to be head people on my case since spending the money , it was not.lost my son at same time.couldn't have made a worse choice of firms to go with.
