Burns & Severson, P.A. Combining in excess of 65 years of legal expertise, we proudly serve our clients in the Palm Beaches and throughout South Florida, striving to help solve and assist with their estate planning and administration needs. Our practices are limited to estate planning and administration matters, as well as related tax issues. We have extensive experience in handling matters relating to lifetime planning for our client's financial and health needs as well as assisting their family members with estate and trust settlement. The reputation of Burns & Severson has grown steadily over the years, primarily through the referrals given us by our existing clients and other professionals with whom we work, expressing their pleasure with the service we provided, a fact of which we are extremely proud.

Hired Law Firm

we came to Mr Steverson for an estate, trust, living will, homestead exemption problems. His firm and himself where the most expedient, efficient and basically we're able to achieve the impossible at an amazing price. I could not recommend this firm more. Everything about this practice, from the location, to his staff and of course to the excellent andknowledgeable attorney that he is is to be recommended at the highest degree.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
