Over 30 years of legal experience in Texas for Family Law, Divorce, Child Welfare Law, (CPS)

If you are in need of an attorney who will work hard for you, care about you, personally handle your case, and personally return your calls, then call me to schedule an initial consultation. Besides calling to schedule a consultation, the purpose of the initial telephone call is for you and I to discuss your legal matter and for me to be able to tell you whether I can help you. I handle many types of family law cases, including divorce, annulment, custody, modifications of custody, CPS, enforcement proceedings, suits affecting the parent-child relationship, child support cases, etc. I can also help you if you just need a simple 1 hour consultation. I don't handle immigration matters. But, if you want a divorce based on an I-864 Affidavit of Support, I can help you.

Hired Attorney Yolanda Cortes Mares

Best experience I've ever had dealing with lawyer. She is truly the best in her field in the central tx area and probably in tx but I've never had to have a lawyer outside of bell county. Hands down a pitbull of a lawyer that will not be pushed around

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
