Prater & Ridley Attorneys & Counselors at Law is a law firm established in 1993 with an office in Temple, TX. At this office location, there are 4 lawyers practicing family law, probate and estate administration, criminal law.
I hired this firm to take my custody case. Everyone working for this firm is very friendly and portrayed the utmost professionalism throughout my case. Every time any action was required, this firm was always prepared, and kept me informed at all times.
Reasonable, professional, courteous, prompt, knowledgable....cares about the client...highly recommend! As the other reviewer stated...Sandi is the best.
He really takes the time to make sure you understand everything and he is kind and very good at what he does.

In my initial divorce proceeding, this firm was extremely efficient and took care of everything beautifully. However, I have had a situation arise in the past 3 months relating to a cause of action from this same divorce and I cannot get a response from Ms. Prater's firm so I am not happy at this time.
I felt my lawyer was in awe of my ex-husbands lawyer and did not do his best for me. Especially when it came to potential retirement. My name was spelt wrong on the divorce decree and my lawyer said that was okay. I disagreed and I had to pay all the fees to get the other lawyers mistake corrected. It should have been caught by the other lawyer or at least my lawyer before it went to court. That was only one problem. I could go on and on. I will never use this firm again
Expensive and I had to do all the footwork and I had to motivate her to do her job.
