    I have handled cases involving 18-Wheeler, Corporate Defendants, one of which I successfully settled for $800,000.00 I do not just handle the large cases though, as I also feel it is important to help everyone possible, so I have successfully tried cases in both District Court and Small Claims Court that many would not try. For Example, I filed a case in Dallas County District Court due to the Insurance Company's denial of our client's claims because he did not seek treatment until 6 months after the date of loss. I was able to recover from a Dallas County jury not only my client's medical expenses, but also an amount for pain and suffering.
