Mr. Mark N Weingart

Not only was Mr. Weingart very helpful, he was down to earth. I didn't feel like he looked down at me at all. He is a great attorney, and it seems, a great person. I will go back to him, or refer others to him, if/when the need arises. There are some attorneys who would do well to practice law like Mr. Weingart.

Honest and gave a complete and direct picture on all of the proceedings and what would take place, up front about outcome, gave sound advice.

I recently went thru a amicable divorce that turned bad with Children’s visitation. Went in without a Lawyer and got hammered. Hired Weingart Firm to help with custody arrangement and he was Awesome. Understood what I was looking for and worked it greatly before Judge. Paralegal Susan Moon was also great helping and giving me the option to gather Court documents myself to save me some money, which was greatly appreciated in walking me thru. I would highly recommend the Weingart Firm. But hope to not have to use again, divorces stick but appreciate help help and guidance.

Don't trust what they say to you. Office manager is rude and very unprofessional make you know what you are getting into. When choosing a lawyer for a child custody case is important and they have to have your back and fight for you all the way. And this DID NOT HAPPEN.

Haley Terrell is not a good lawyer. She will lead you on just to get more money from you. All they care about is money. They take forever to respond back to you on matters regarding your case, but if you happen to be late on payment, they will be on you. They show no empathy or compassion. Don't expect this law firm to support you or have your back. They do not care to help you or see you win. They will drop you without explanation after taking all your $$. The communication does not exist. I came down to the office as I could not get a response via email or phone to only be belittled and yelled at. Avoid KELLIE CROCKER at all costs. She has absolutely no respect for people. She is the nastiest, most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. Literally no empathy. She is heartless and beyond disrespectful. If this law firm hires people like her, that should show you what kind of place this is. Major red flag.
