Hired Attorney Mr. Adam Kent

This law firm had my case. They are the most incompetent attorneys I’m aware of in Arizona. I’m a registered process server in AZ., so I have served legal documents for a large number of firms, including this one. It was a personal injury case. I was never kept up to date or informed about my case unless I called or showed up personally to ask about it. They made agreements with me and another attorney helping they did not adhere to. It was agreed that no money was to be paid without my approval, yet 40,000 plus dollars were paid out to people and entities that had nothing to do with my accident or had a legitimate claim. I was being represented ( without my knowledge or approval)near the end of case by someone I still don’t know and have never met. These people are straight up criminals that do not care about their clients and constantly push to get surgeries you don’t need to increase their part of fee.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
