Mr. Montaño represents Non-Mexican Citizens buying or selling Real Estate in Rocky Point – Sonora, also known as “AZ’s Backyard” in Mexico. Mr. Montaño’s main focus is representing clients purchasing properties via a Bank Trust. He works alongside Mexican attorneys to provide reasonable protection to buyers and sellers.

Mr. Montaño is involved in numerous community service organizations and is also a member of the Los Abogados Hispanic Bar Association. He is highly recognized and respected for his work in the Hispanic community, and has been featured and interviewed on Channel 3 TV in Phoenix for his legal opinion in local cases.
