The only reason I put “determined” is because he was….to increase the bill! His communication WAS great…so he could run up the bill! Almost 11k later we are in the exact some position as before and I can’t tell you what “work” was done. Do yourself a favor and seek representation elsewhere. I felt like he was more interested in his boyfriend than settling my case. He was so disinterested and disingenuous. This was not the service I was promised, nor the service I cared to have. It was a waste of money, time and the only ones who suffered were my family members and I. I wouldn’t hire Keith as a waiter let alone a lawyer. Save yourself the headache and don’t hire him.
