About Gina M. Famularo

As a young woman, Gina experienced the pain and uncertainty of a protracted custody battle over her first child. It was this experience that caused her to become a lawyer. Her daughter is now happily married and attending medical school. Gina married her second husband in 1992. They have a teenaged son together, who still lives at home.

Gina was licensed to practice law in the state of California in 1997. Since then, she has amassed vast legal knowledge and courtroom experience. Her practice has always been limited exclusively to family law. Over the years, she has learned to listen. She understands that every client who walks through her door is unique, but each one is in need of kindness, understanding and direction. Over the years, Gina has helped thousands of people just like you.

Gina is a child of God first, a wife, a mother, and an attorney- in that order. Her faith caused her to struggle with her profession, but after a conversation with her priest, she realized that it was her duty to be a beacon of light to those in pain. Since then, she has tried to guide each client through the darkness with her gentle skill. Gina takes the time to get to know her clients on a personal level. She listens to their problems and is passionate about helping them. Her expertise allows her to see things from a unique perspective. This makes her an excellent problem solver.

Gina is a “straight shooter.” She will always tell you the truth, even if it is not what you want to hear. She is trustworthy, aggressive when necessary, but she is also compassionate. This is why Gina consistently receives the highest satisfaction ratings from her clients. She is rated as a “Superb Attorney” by AVVO, a “Top 10” attorney by Martindale Hubbell, and has a perfect five stars from Attorney Reach. Gina is also recognized as the top 1% of lawyers in the nation, winning the “Distinguished Counsel” Award by NADC two years in a row. She has been featured in Inland Empire Magazine as a top attorney in the area. Gina is a member of the local bar association, as well as a member of the Inns of Court.

Hired Attorney

I hired Gina's office to help me with my divorce back in June. The staff was very professional and empathetic. They helped me get through this tough time in my life. I called in about once a week for an update and they were always happy to update me. They gave me advice when I needed it and had my back in court when my ex was being a pain. I am now divorced and ready to move on with my life. Thank you Gina and staff for your hard work and dedication. I could not have done this without you guys.

Hired Attorney

I hired Gina because she comforted me. I came to her at a low point in my life and, unlike other attorneys who just wanted my money, she turned me away because to her, I was not ready. She was right. I was not ready. I was a mess. After I sat down and thought things over, I decided to hire her because I could tell she cared about me as a person. She walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. She is truly a great attorney. I recommend her in all divorce matters.

I hired Gina recently to represent me in my divorce. My wife was being difficult and Gina helped me reach a settlement offer. Gina is very experienced. She informed me of my rights and the law. This helped put things into perspective and decide what I wanted to do. I'm glad I found Gina of AVVO.

Hired Attorney

I hired Gina about 6 months ago to help me with my divorce. My husband was being difficult and beating around the bush. I make more money and he wanted a bigger piece of my pie. Unfortunately, he was using my kids as leverage. Gina set a conference with opposing counsel and we settled the matter much sooner than I expected. I am glad I hired Gina because she did a great job. She was aggressive and I could tell she really cared.

Hired Attorney

My divorce was lingering in the court system for over two years before I hired Gina. My other lawyer kept telling me. I needed to continue the case because if. I didn't I would have to pay huge amounts of money to my ex. Gina and I went to court one time. She made more progress in finishing the case than my other attorney did in two years! Gina finished the whole case in nor afternoon. I can finally move on with my life. Gina's staff is equally great. They are so friendly and professional.

I recently consulted and decided to retain Gina Famularo to help me modify my custody because my previous husband was arrested for dealing drugs. We shared custody but there was no way I was going to keep sharing custody with a dealer. Gina informed me of my rights and had all the paper work ready for me to review and sign two days after I retained her. We filed and attended court immediately. The court changed custody because it was my not husband's first offense. I am glad I retained Gina!

Hired Attorney

I have been employed with the firm for over a year. Gina is a spectacular attorney who truly cares about her clients. Gina has a big heart and loves helping people. She is a "softie" but aggressive when need be (mainly in court). She fights for her clients because she is one of the few attorneys who care about making a difference and saving families. She does not accept any case. Gina has turned people down simply because she did not think they needed an attorney. She is truly amazing!!
