Hired Attorney

Daniel Ratajczak came to court unprepared and helped my wife, not me. He does not inform you, decides without your approval or consulting with you and has no empathy. D. Ratajczak gets up or starts doing something else while talking to him and walks you by without saying hello. He left the courtroom without letting me know if I had to wait or if he came back. This is as bad as it gets. I fired him the next morning after the court hearing. I would have fired him on the spot had he not run off.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
