Working with him seems to be okay, then after I signed ( 8/24/2010) with him and provided tons of proof from the person and company’s computer I was suing for monies owed. I had thousands of documents proving my case including many documents showing co mingling of monies between personal And corporate, enough to pierce the corporate veil. It seems that he did not file all of the documents and therefore we were not able to pierce it. During my many meetings he assured me that we had a slam case due to the thousands of documents and said that we would not settle for less than the $170,000 plus that was owed me. Apparently as per his court filing he was mentally incapacitated and unable to prepare his own defense of state bar association, ref case 14-tb-03705. Ergo, he was unable to properly represent me and I never received the monies due me. Refer to his Facebook and a statement by his daughter dated 9/2/2014.
I consulted Mr. Hammatt twice before I signed a contract for his services. Both times he was responsive and available for consultation. However, after I paid him for his services his focus on me quickly dropped. He showed up late to the first court date, only to postpone it. On the second court date he claimed the court lost my paper work and they would have to postpone it, then he disappeared. He wont accept calls and his office moved. I LOST MONEY and had to seek other services
