Ruth Bergwerk is a member in the firm’s Litigation and Disputes Department. Ruth’s practice concentrates on commercial litigation and class actions.
Ruth has extensive experience in advising global companies and in coordinating and defending multinational litigation matters, with a special concentration on class actions. Ruth’s expertise focuses on various industries including technology, social media, privacy, insurance and financial services, with an emphasis on cross-border disputes. Ruth has represented clients in consumer class actions, complex commercial litigation and trust and estates litigation.
Prior to joining Herzog Fox & Neeman, Ruth acquired experience in the field of commercial litigation at a prominent New York law firm where she represented both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and business reorganizations.
