Nir Dash Co-Heads the Corporate and Securities department. Nir specializes in the field of Capital Markets and Securities and in the M&A field.

Nir advises on all aspects of the “going-public” process and has worked on prospectuses and other offering documents for a number of public companies. He also provides ongoing advice for public companies on all aspects of their day-to-day business, corporate reporting and compliance issues. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
