Itai Sarfaty is a Partner in the Internet and E-Commerce Department and concentrates his practice on corporate and commercial transactions, with an emphasis on cross-border transactions involving both regulated and unregulated technologies and intellectual property.
Working with global clients, Itai advises them on structuring, negotiating and drafting complex corporate, commercial and technology transactions across a broad range of industries, including software, internet and e-commerce, online gambling, social gaming, forex and CFD trading, media, homeland security and communications. Types of corporate transactions include mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, joint ventures and investments, and of commercial transactions, include, contractual joint ventures, licensing agreement, technology collaborations, development transactions and reseller agreements.
Itai also advises clients on a wide range of ongoing matters relating to their day to day corporate and commercial aspects, intellectual property assets and protection of privacy, as well as other general legal matters relevant to technology companies, including being deeply involved in the strategic decision-making processes, both on the corporate, commercial, intellectual property and other legal issues.
Prior to joining Herzog Fox & Neeman, Itai worked in the Corporate and Securities practice groups of leading law firms both in Washington DC, New York and Tel Aviv.
