Haguy is an associate in the Capital Markets Department, specializing in the fields of enforcement and white collar.
Haguy represents individuals and companies in a wide range of proceedings in the areas of the capital market and financial regulation, as well as criminal and administrative enforcement in Israel and the US.
As part of his work, he guides Israeli and foreign companies with regard to their activities in Israel and abroad.
He specializes in litigation in a variety of areas including commercial, construction and project planning, commercial and shareholder disputes, and white-collar offenses. He also has experience in large-scale international proceedings, including class action lawsuits and document disclosure proceedings.
Prior to joining our firm, Haguy worked as an attorney-consultant in the financial litigation department of a leading firm in England, and as an attorney in a New York boutique firm specializing in civil litigation with an emphasis on business disputes, contracting and infrastructure, real estate and corporate law.
