Gal Schwartz is a Partner in the firm’s Commercial Department, providing legal advice to clients regarding their commercial and corporate activities, specializing in the representation of both national and multinational companies.
Gal has extensive experience in providing legal support to clients across a wide range of industries, such as traditional industries, high tech, finance, banking, travel, internet and e-commerce. He has expertise in drafting and negotiating a broad range of business and commercial agreements, including distribution, purchase, manufacturing, agency, services, media and marketing. In addition, he represents clients with respect to corporate transactions and projects, regulatory issues, consumer protection legislation and loyalty programs.
Gal is responsible for the practice area regarding the accessibility of online services for people with disabilities.
He has spent a year in the U.S. advising on conducting business in Israel. Gal is also responsible for liaising with the Association of Corporate Counsel in Israel on behalf of our Commercial Department.
