Great service provided. Mr Whittington is a fabulous advocate for my needs. He's goal is to solve your problem as quickly as possible. He does not seek litigation but instead his goal is a solution first, litigation only if needed. He is great in the court room if needed.

Hired Attorney Michael T. Whittington

Mr. Whittington in one word is "horrible". I was a client for Mr. Whittington and we had hired him on behalf of our community to try and enforce our housing rules and noise violations. For example, there has been a dog in our community that has been barking for 10 hours straight for the last two years. In the last 6 months we have contacted Ted, but he never gets back to us. Instead, he will delay the matter, hold "a special meeting" and continue to bill us for his time over the phone. We gave ted mountains of evidence and after we pushed him to pursue the case, he refused and said he will not bother filing the case. As the client, Ted did not care to move forward and solve this small issue. Mr. Whittington refused and billed us for his time on all of the calls. If you want a lawyer that will drag his feet and not listen to his clients, Ted is your man. If I could give him 0 stars, I would. A lawyer that wont solve your small issues wont solve your big ones either.
