Fred Harman went above and beyond to win my case! He is a very knowledgeable lawyer with a lot of experience. He knows all the loopholes and that’s how he wins cases. He doesn’t beat around the bush and may seem stern but rest assured he will definitely fight for you and explain everything he plans on doing for your case. He took care of a criminal case for me and I luckily got him appointed by the court. Just be honest with him and upfront about everything he doesn’t like surprises. I’m very grateful for him and I would recommend him to anyone that wants a knowledgeable attorney that will explain everything to you so you will understand what he’s going to do.
This attorney has proven unreliable and unprofessional. Rude. Condescending. Communication with him is nonexistent as he doesn't acknowledge or return phone calls and emails...we had to go in person to his office and push only to get more of what we already had, and nothing we asked for. Avoid this man.
My mom was given this man as here attorney on a bs case. She gave it a few days after he was appointed to call and try and get a appointment and they said they hadnt received the paperwork yet so she gave it a few more days to try and call but got no answer and his voicemail was full. Give a few days later November 27th 2024 got a letter in the mail from him requesting to set up a meeting well that was Thanksgiving and court was December 5th so the following Monday my mother called and his secretary with a huge attitude acted like she couldn’t get my mom in for a visit only to then call letter and set a visit day before court that she couldn’t make. Then day of court came and the officer done told us at court that he was gonna ask for it to be dropped and then her attorney finally asked to speak to her we try to tell him what officer said he got defensive and started saying she was a uncooperative client and called me a boy multiple times saying I can’t be there though she asked me to
Was good at making appointments, and talking a Big-game: just no action- a lot of promises , a very rude person, and has a short- temper. Not professional at all, would not advise
I am an attorney in Oklahoma. We retained him to represent us against a person who stole money from our elder relative. He failed to take any action, and finally quit communicating with us. We filed a Bar complaint against him; he apologized and promised to do better, did for a while, then quit again.
